Three Main Characteristics of a Godly Leader
  1. Spirit-Filled and Spirit-Led
    “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you…” – Acts 1:8
    A Spirit-led leader seeks God’s guidance daily, walks in obedience, and bears the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).
  2. Practically Gifted and Competent
    “So he shall stand before Eleazar the priest… and he shall go out at his command.” – Numbers 27:18-20
    Leaders must be capable and trustworthy, using practical skills to serve with excellence, like Bezalel in Exodus 31:1-5.
  3. Supportive and Servant-Hearted (Hur & Aaron Model)
    “Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side…” – Exodus 17:12
    Effective leaders know how to lift others, support vision, and work in unity. Leadership is not just about being in front, but being dependable in every season.
